This hotel was exceptional. The checkin was easy! The staff was fantastic and I couldnā€™t ask for kinder staff! The room we got was very clean and the food at the restaurant was delicious! It was easy for doordash to find us as well! The parking was really good as well, I canā€™t say itā€™s the greatest but itā€™s good compared to most of the parking in CO. Overall we also felt very safe in the hotel. This is our second stay and we really enjoy it! Also the breakfast that is free is the best park! We saved tons of money by just eating at the hotel in the morning. They had good food options as well!

Five Star Hotel
I would give 10 stars if possible. The entire hotel was clean. The bed had fresh linens and there plenty of towels. The room was very quiet. The free breakfast was very nice. The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. You wonā€™t regret staying here. It is in class with far more expensive hotels.

5/5? Lies. Iā€™ve had a life-shattering week, & needed a clean hotel room for 1 night. I didnā€™t arrive until 12:15AM & check-out is at 11. Desk staff on 10/13-14 was nice enough, but I stood at the counter waiting for them to process for 25-30 minutes even though I booked & paid online. They kept talking about pets/fees. I said N/A, I just want to sleep. I get to the room at 1 AM. I notice a loud sound & itā€™s an ozone machine. I call the front desk asking if itā€™s safe to have on & especially curious as to why itā€™s going. She was so rude, ā€œ uh, we can come remove the machine if itā€™s an issue. Itā€™s fine for it to be on with you in it.ā€ I played dumb, but I have one of these on my garage. You cannot be in the room for 20-30 minutes after a cycle. It also says that on the machine. I was exhausted. I turn it off, and try to relax. The smell is horrific; mold, cigarettes & sewage combined. I had time to eat an apple, brush teeth, then I start to inspect. Beds have hair, smells of cigs. Itā€™s 1:45-2. I donā€™t know if these 2 individuals just gave me a bad room since it was late & they didnā€™t care, even though I paid full price? I donā€™t know whats happened to the service industry I spent years in. Hotels in Springs have been the worst experiences I have had. Iā€™ve lived in 10+ states, & traveled almost all + abroad. CO Spgs takes the cake of OVERPRICED, horrid conditions,& worse service. I was so done. I left. I slept in my Benz & cried the whole night. Kept my $ too.Unkind, Stay away!

Even though it hotel is rated as 2 stars, it is a lot better than many 3 & 3.5 star hotels. The beds are very comfortable , and the rooms are quiet. Breakfast is different every day and the three days we stayed each was delicious. Plenty of food and coffee. I would stay here again. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
