We were given keys that were to the wrong room number and then given the wrong directions by front desk staff. It took about an hour to find the room then we had to hunt down a microwave.

The staff at check in and out were not helpful at all. It was my first experience in the resort and felt completely lost. Nothing was explained during check in at all. It’s not even close to the experiences I have had in many other resorts.

We love staying at this resort. The views are amazing and rooms are quiet and comfortable. Our only complaint this stay was that the water to our room was shut off twice and we were never notified it was going to happen. The front staff did offer us another room to shower in but it should have been something brought to our attention before it was done and possibly even offered a different room to stay in for the remainder of our trip.
