My room was wonderful, the mattress was a little too hard for me which has me tossing and turning a lot. Housekeeping was stellar. The person who brought coffee to my room on day 2 was soooo rude. She might want to look into finding another job if this one is so miserable. I was not a big fan of the food. Otherwise an excellent stay and experience!

The hotel was lovely. Communication about the hotel was poor, and the staff member who checked us in seemed annoyed and did not share pertinent information. The air circulation system was very loud in the room we stayed in, so much so, that it was a disruption to our sleep. I would stay here again, now that I’m more informed, just not in the same suite.

Sulfer springs?
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The smell of sulfer and backed up sewer lines in the lobby and rooms made it almost unbearable. Poorly maintained rooms left a lot to be desired.

Dont miss this one!
Beautiful historic hotel! Nicely updated for comfort but didn't lose the charm and uniqueness! The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We felt very much at home and the staff was so friendly and helpful! We will be going back to stay longer and enjoy more of this beautiful property!

The staff’s attention to detail and commitment to fantastic customer service was second to none. A special shout out needs to go to Kayla who took care of us when we dropped in for coffee and desert on Saturday night. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we could want. Dinner could have been better (alfredo needed more flavor, shrimp was overcooked), but aside from this, I had a 5-star visit. For being 150 years old, this was a great hotel with modern amenities. Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was excellent. We had a large room with gas fireplace which my wife loved due to cold weather. The valet parking was very reasonable and quick and given the limited metered street parking it was a nice option. We ate in the grill and enjoyed our meals. I got to try a Yak burger too. We loved the historic nature of the hotel and would stay again.
