We had specifically reserved handicapped room with walk in shower. The automatic doors werent working and the there was a tub rather than a shower. They moved us to another room that also had the automatic doors that didnt work and again only a tub. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Great location
Great location was near the attractions I went to visit. It was a short drive to Garden of the Gods, 7 falls and Pikes Peak. Friendly staff and very clean. Felt safe and had a good view of Colorado Springs. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Our check in was awesome and quick. The room however, was disappointing. It definitely wasn't Mariott standards. The sheets were very loose on one bed, we had one lamp that didn't work and another one without a switch, we had to unplug and plug it in the wall. I had to call down stairs to get a new Iron and a new hair dryer because neither worked. There was hardly any storage drawers, just one small one next to the fridge. On a more positive note the restaurant and food was FABULOUS !!

Very comfy room with great mountain view. We didnā€™t swim but enjoyed relaxing by the nice pool. Conveniently located within a 15 min or less drive from many sites. My only complaint was that the shower was leaking so would leave a large puddle of water after each use
