The Space:
We know how important it is to feel comfortable, unwind, and relax after a busy day, whether at work or play. This idea inspired us to allow everyone who stays a place to rest, recharge, and enjoy Colorful Colorado Springs and its surrounding areas.
The house sits on a sunny corner lot with instant trail access within the neighborhood. It's a two-story home (one flight of stairs) with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 2-car attached garage, and an excellent view of the Frontal Range from the primary bedroom, living room front door, and west-facing windows.
The open floor plan on the main level offers a spacious kitchen and walk-out to the back patio. A luxurious five-piece primary bathroom features a soaking tub, a separate shower, and double sinks. Youāll wake up every morning to incredible Pikes Peak and mountain views.
All kitchen items needed for cooking are provided, and bathrooms are stocked with shampoos, conditioners, bath products, and more.
The house has many "smart" features to add extra convenience and security to your stay. These smart features include:
High-Speed Wifi Internet
Roku Streaming TVs in the living room and primary bedroom/Amazon Firestick TVs in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for all your favorite streaming accounts (NewsON and Haystack apps downloaded for local news, national news, weather, and current events).
Smart keypad lock on the front door
Smart thermostat
Smart garage door opener
Ring security cameras/floodlights are located outside of the property. The locations of the security cameras are over the garage, over the back patio area, a video garage keypad, and a video doorbell on the front door.
We've included additional details about these features in the house manual, which will be emailed when you confirm your reservation.
Guest Access:
Everywhere is accessible to guests except Bedroom #2 closet. This closet is locked and stores all the cleaning products that make the house sparkling clean for your stay.
Every detail gets noticed as we prioritize ensuring everything provided for your visit makes you feel like you're in your home away from home.
Other Things to Note:
This home is self-catering. We supply an INITIAL amount of toiletries, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and paper towels.
If youād like safety gates on the stairs before arrival, please let us know before your check-in, and we will ensure they are installed. Please be aware that the house isn't "child/baby-proof." Renting guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times.
House Rules to Review Before Booking:
Please,
ā¢ No pets allowed, regardless of size or breed.
ā¢ No smoking/vaping of any kind on the property, inside or outside.
ā¢ No parties or events.
ā¢ Excessive noise is prohibited.
ā¢ HOA-dictated quiet hours are from 7 pm-7 am.
ā¢ No unauthorized guests.
ā¢ No on-street parking, please use the garage or driveway.
ā¢ No edibles/drinks upstairs (other than water).
ā¢ No shoes inside.
ā¢ Do not turn the heat above 75F or the A/C below 68F.
ā¢ Please turn off lights, fans, and electronics (TVs) when not in use.
ā¢ Lock all windows and doors when leaving the property to maintain security.
ā¢ Report anything that isnāt working properly and/or is damaged immediately.
ā¢ Violation of any of these house rules will result in additional fees.
