Not ever staying here again.
The desk staff were rude and unhelpful from the time we arrived until the time we left. Basically, they don't like that we booked through "a third party" site. We had a four night stay and when we asked for fresh towels, they handed some to my husband with a plastic bag to load the dirty ones. I understand after covid that hotels provide limited service, but this was bad. The third and fourth night, the family in the adjoining room allowed their children to scream, fight and yell. The desk staff would not ask them to quiet down so we had to pound on the door both nights to get them to be quiet. This was our fourth stay at this property, but never again.

The hotel had multiple areas of disrepair, in particular the flooring and the pull out couch in our room. Also, we stayed for 7 days and on day four we asked for housekeeping to come clean our room. We got new towels, but they did not change our bed linens. Both my husband and myself called and requested housekeeping.

Everything was ok except: #1 the hot tub was not working - after a long drive I really needed the massage jets, and the water temp was just lukewarm. #2 the room A/C, even though the fan was running when the compressor cycled off, no air movement could be felt so you had to keep turning the temp down 1 degree at a time. Hotel was quiet inside, room was clean & comfortable, and breakfasts were decent.
