Our upper level, two-bedroom, one-bath condo is 900 sq. ft, has been beautifully remodeled, and boasts two bedrooms. It has LVP, a bar-top dining area, stainless steel appliances, granite and quarts counters, full kitchen amenities, a smart TV, WiFi, sleeper sofa, and offers stunning views of Pike’s Peak. If you are lucky, you’ll spot one of the herds of deer that frequent the area.

Views of Pikes Peak
Our unit had a stunning view of Pikes Peak and we enjoyed morning coffee on our balcony watching the sun rise. All appointments in the unit were of excellent quality. When I notified the property manager of a broken blind and fan, I received an immediate response. One bathroom was a bit if a challenge for 4 seniors.

This house was very clean, beautifully decorated and very organized. The view of Pikes Peak is better in person, than the picture Relaxing and easy access to Colorado Springs.

It was a great location to visit Woodland Park, CO with our family. Lots of hiking close. Plus they suggested we visit SpaWater for an enjoyable night in the springs when we wanted a "hot tub soak."

36 hours of solitude in this quiet gemof a place was just what i needed to break up the day to day busyness. They have all of the essentials and more to make the stay comfortable. A perk is the beautiful hikes nearby. Thank you for a great weekend.
