The its self was great. They only had one elevator working so it was difficult to get the floor you needed. I was charched 50 dollars for what im not sure as i didnt trash the room or charge anything to the room. But pther than that the stay was good.

Great Breakfast - Unclean Linens - Lack Security
The hotel is a block away from shopping and restaurants featuring a wide range of cuisine. The hotel's breakfast is also excellent as are the restaurant personnel. There were two disappointments; unclean linens and the parking. We had dark stains on the sheets every time they were changed, one day the room was never cleaned, and we were given new sheets another night but had to make the bed ourselves. The parking area is outside and sometimes homeless are waiting next to the car window at the exit kiosk soliciting. We also had homeless wonder in the breakfast buffet area and the first floor entrance is not always monitored (about 50% of time). This makes it easy for anyone to follow you into hotel and the elevator without being a guest. Definitely, some room for improvement - not living up to the Hilton reputation.

Room was ok, too pricey! Too many hidden charges, online shoes free breakfast! That’s a hidden $32.48 charge! If you want to park your car on the “hotel parking lot is another $15.00, that’s a $300.00 night! And breakfast was cold!

Only stayed one night. Within walking distance of our event. Parking was easy but had trouble with the use of the box to insert hotel key as it’s at an awkward angle for cars. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. I would not mind staying here again.

I really like this property. I’ve stayed a couple of times. Parking is kind of a pain if you don’t know to hold onto your room key card to exit the parking garage but other than that I’ve always enjoyed my stay. The breakfast is amazing. I really loved the breakfast bar!

Good facilities, quite cleanly, staff and service were exceptional. The area is very walk-able. Parking is a task though but not overly complicated. Breakfast isn't included, option to include is not worth the price hike on reservation. Area around the complex is loud in afternoon-night but could've just been due to the holiday when I visited. The location was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was incredibly hard and the pillows were completely flat. We asked for and received 4 extra pillows but still couldn’t get much sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable.

Better than the rest!
Spent 3 weekends in a row in Colorado Springs at 3 different hotels. Hilton Garden Inn was the BEST by far. Stayed one weekend at a more expensive hotel and one at a less expensive. Hilton Garden Inn had an amazing staff, easy parking at $15 per night and comfortable, clean room. Our new go-to in Springs!
