Wedding Attendance and Vacation
We were in town for a wedding and to explore as it was our first time in the state. We went up Pike’s Peak, to Garden of the Gods, the Cheyenne Park Zoo, and of course our wedding. The property was great for housing all of us (4 adults and 3 kids under 6) with all the amenities in the description. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the springs!

Room to spread out!
My husband and I had 3 grandchildren with us. It was great to have some space for the kids to move around in. We spent our evenings in the cool basement playing games—some we brought and some the host provided. Very clean and cheerful. I contacted the owner about a minor problem and she took care of it in good order. Very responsible owner!

What a wonderful place!
I absolutely loved this house! The listing is accurate and the house is just as nice in person. It was perfect for my son, my parents, and I. The fact that it has a bedroom, bathroom, and living area upstairs as well as a separate bedroom, bathroom, and game room downstairs allowed us all to stay together but also have privacy. We ran into a minor issue with the internet that I created but Lisa was super communicative and helpful. And we were able to get it resolved quickly. She also gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and sights to look for on some of our outings. I had moentioned that my parents were older and Lisa showed genuine concern for them by giving me very detailed explanations of how the house was set up (how many stairs there were and if they would need assistance going down to the bottom floor). The location is convenient to any and every thing that you would want to see in Colorado Springs. It was 20 minutes from Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Formation, The Manitou Incline, and The Pikes Peak Cogway. The Olympic Training Facility was literally 3 minutes away. There was a Safeway and 2 Walmarts within a mile. And there were several restaurants within the same distance. The day before we were leaving, Colorado Springs got a LOT of snow. Again, Lisa went above and beyond. She gave me advice on how to drive in snow (it was my first time doing so) and if there were any highway closures. We all loved this place and it felt like home away from home!

Charming House
I had a girlfriends weekend to explore Colorado Springs and ascend the Manitou Incline. The house was cute and it had great amenities such as a well stocked kitchen with cooking supplies, washer/dryer, jacuzzi. The host was great. She quickly responded to questions and messages and changed out a lamp that the knob had fallen off right after I had let her know about it. The house was less that 30 minutes from Manitou Springs and an easy drive to and from airport. One bedroom is in first floor and the other is in basement. It made it a little challenging after hiking all day but was a small price to pay. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors we saw seemed friendly.
