I just needed a place to sleep while visiting family. Coming from a city like Chicago, I absolutely love free parking. The AC was a little wonky, but it still worked. The staff was friendly as well. I had no problem checking in or checking out.

Suite was very nice and roomy, two bathrooms made it extra nice & mowed grass area for our dog was really appreciated. So many places say they are pet friendly however there are no accommodations to walk your dog & let them do their business, your facility was definitely different and you provided poop bags and a designated trash can for the waste. Will stay here again when we are in Colorado Springs.

I was concerned when a police officer was in the hallway when I checked in and two parole officers were entering when I checked out. There was no problem with the parolee when I was there. The breakfast was terrible but the staff was great.

The poor girl who was checking everyone in was alone on a weekend she had 8 customers standing in line as well as answering the phone some guy came and walk in the office and did not offer to help her I stood in line for at least 25 Minutes so I would give customer service a 1 the girl was very kind and knew her job too bad she didn’t have more help

Run down condition of an old hotel. Ceramic tile in bathrub was painted over and was pealing off looking dirty and unsanitary. Candy wrappers found on floor under edges of furniture leading us to believe cleaning was not a priority. Free breakfast was not well stocked and seating was inadequate for number of guests. Certainly not worthy of a rating of 8/10 by any means! Staff was friendly was the one good thing.

It was less than a couple of blocks from I-25 but highway noise was minimal, and quiet. I appreciated the fact that it was a non-smoking property, the room felt fresh (air) and the beds were quite nice. The room was spacious and never felt cramped. The amenities were all there and the pool looked very nice. They were able to accommodate my request to look either towards the mountains or the pool and I got the pool view - which was nice as the mountain view also overlooked parking areas. Appreciated the iron and board, real hangers, toiletries, and hair dryer. I didn't hear noises from other rooms or doors shutting and I had a room very close to a stairwell. The only negatives about this place was the slightly dreary appearance of the outside of the lobby, it could use a fresh coat of paint, and the breakfast - the oranges/tangerines were starting to get dry, but on the plus side, they had a nice assortment of teas, and it seems as they monitored the supply of coffee so the thermos pots did not run dry. At check-in, the lady was quite busy, but she got to everyone as quickly and politely as she could. The staff were unfailingly polite and addressed everyone with "Ma'am" or "Sir", very nice. All in all, it was a good and safe place, and for the price, quite nice. I've stayed in other properties that were more costly and not as nice by far.
