Close to all the great attractions, Navajo Bungalows will immediately make you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door! The home is newly renovated and the yards are beautifully landscaped and maintained.
This home will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. And there is plenty of onsite parking. The driveway can accommodate 4 cars very comfortably. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen television and french doors that lead you out to a private deck. The master bedroom has a cozy King-Sized bed with beautiful views of Cheyenne Mountain while the Queen bedroom features a great view of the city lights in the evening or the sunrise in the morning. The large bathroom features heated floors, large vanity, and plenty of room for a separate bathtub and walk-in shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, microwave, Keurig and standard coffee pot, toaster, blender, all the utensils and cookware you would need for a home-cooked meal. Additionally, you will have a good selection of spices and complimentary coffee and tea. Not into cooking? Ivywild Brewery is within walking distance, and this home is only 10 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs.
The utility room offers a full-size washer and dryer. Owner supplies laundry soap, fabric sheets and an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
This home is the perfect getaway for family vacations, friend getaways, business/conference events at The Broadmoor, and other events such as The Fallen Fireman Memorial. Great Mountain stay
The Property was very nice! It was well stocked. It was very comfortable. We loved the yard and spent time on the porch enjoying the outside. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog. The host was quick to answer us anytime we had questions. Will definitely try to stay here again when we go to Colorado Springs.

Great place
The location is very nice. Walking distance to a brewery and a small park is nice. Also just a short drive (under 5min) to supermarket and restaurants. The house is clean and quiet. The backyard gives a great spot to sit outside and enjoy the views.

My husband and I were absolutely delighted with the property! Heads up for sink users: the kitchen sink is a touch on/off...so dont think you landed 2 times zones away and forgot how to turn on a faucet! Very cute neighborhood although i hope the neighbors start to match the ivywild vibe and clean up their yards too! We enjoyed walking through the park across the way and visiting the kitties! Overall relaxing perfect home base for our explorations. Attentive hosts and very quick to respond. Looking forward to our next Springs/ So Co trip!

Family Reunion in COS
We were happy in the Nicely Done bungalow! Two couples. It's clear a lot of thought was put into setting it up for guests. I loved having morning coffee on the front porch listening to the birds and enjoying the view. The kitchen was well equipped for me to prepare food for our family gathering 8 minutes away. Super convenient location for us. Walking down to Ivywild was fun, such a cool place. Easy drive to OCC, Manitou and Garden of the Gods. A couple (not a big deal) issues we had were promptly and politely addressed by Christy. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Place!
Great place and location. The home was beautiful and comfortable, but the gem of this place is the backyard and deck with an amazing view. It’s also close to a nice park if you’re traveling with kiddos. Be sure and check out Ivywild School while you’re there too!

Wonderfully perfect home
This house is perfect :) great location , so close to so many things we needed more time . Beds are so comfy house has everything you need . Perfect for our dogs who travel with us everywhere . Places we went all dog friendly …garden of gods, seven falls , royal gorge , bishops castle (my fav) seven bridges hike , phantom canyon road (amazing scenic drive ) Bear Creek dog park is just down the road . We ate several places the host recommended all very good plus Wines of Colorado it was our favorite and Colorado Mountain Brewery took our pups to all as well . This is where we will always stay from now on when returning to Colorado Springs . We came from Iowa .

Perfect getaway
We just had another fantastic stay at this VRBO, marking our second visit, and we're already looking forward to returning in the future. This place is perfect for bringing along pets, and the Christmas decorations during the holiday season add a special, festive charm. The location couldn’t be better for a relaxing getaway while still being close to everything we wanted to visit. It’s pretty quiet and exactly what we need when we want to unwind. The owners are super helpful and quick to respond, making our stay smooth and hassle-free. Everything in the house made us feel at home, especially the bed that gave us great nights of sleep. The bathroom is a highlight with its heated tiles and heat lamps – such a luxury in the cold weather. I highly recommend this VRBO. Homecoming stay
We lived in Colorado Springs, but moved away 5 years ago. We needed a place to stay when we came to visit our son and his wife. Therefore, we were familiar with the area. This home fit our needs perfectly. It was well furnished and clean upon our arrival. The landscaping was beautiful and the fence in the backyard was great for our Goldendoodle. Being able to walk down to the Ivywild Area (former elementary school turned into a brewery and eatery) was wonderful....just two minutes down a soft hill. The bed was VERY comfortable as was the couch in the living room. The neighborhood is going through a positive change. There was a nice flow of people walking the neighborhood all day long, as well as kids walking to and from school. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Spectacular House & View
John & Christy have a fabulous house, it was clean and they have some amenities that are not required but most welcome. The 3 porches were a blessing every day & night to enjoy the fresh air and peaceful atmosphere. This is a home away from hom and then some. Any issues they are on top of it with quick response. This house is my favorite of all of them. I've stayed at and beat the hell out of a hotel for sure. Kudos ti them for having such a fantastic house for rent.

Summertime Fun
We escaped the heat of the desert for a cool stay in Colorado Springs. Upon our arrival, we were amazed to see deer roaming the neighborhood. This bungalow was centrally located to many of the venues we visited, like the Zoo, Garden of the Gods, WWII Aviation Museum… Accommodations were very comfortable, landscaping was beautiful and our dogs thought the lawn was extra special. Great place all around.
