The Pikes Peak Lodge - Perfect for families or groups up to 10!

The Pikes Peak Lodge is a 4,000 square foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths and all the amenities and furnishings to give you and your whole family a comfortable and luxurious stay in Colorado Springs (room to sleep 10 comfortably).
We are 20 min from the Pikes Peak base area, 20m from Ft Carson, 10m from Peterson AFB, and 5m from fantastic shopping and restaurants in the Cimarron Hills area. It has a well equipped garage gym, 120" HD projection screen TV downstairs, a gourmet kitchen, and a double sided fireplace in the living room/kitchen. It also has an amazing master bedroom/retreat with a second double sided fireplace that you'll have to see to believe. This beautiful home can fit a large family in comfort and luxury!
Guests will have full access to wireless internet. The TV in the living room, master bedroom, downstairs guest bedroom, and the projection screen TV downstairs have Roku access, so you'll be able to watch movies and TV shows through Netflix, Amazon prime, and HBO Go. The backyard has a 3 burner Weber gas grill for outdoor BBQ's. The gourmet kitchen is set up to let you cook full family dinners (blender, slow cooker, double ovens, 5 burner stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, pots and pans, 16 place settings of plates and silverware all on hand), and guests will be able to utilize the home gym in the garage.

Colorado Springs Sibling Reunion
The property was nice & a good location. We enjoyed our stay. A few items to take note: The grill was filthy & we had to spend a lot of time cleaning it up. Would have been nice to have more kitchen staples like silverware, etc. Also, the mattress in the basement bedroom was not comfortable & some of the sheets were in need of an upgrade.

Roomy Home
This roomy home was a great place for our family of 10 to stay while we were in Colorado Springs for a wedding. It was conveniently located, there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and it was well stocked with things that made us feel welcome. Tim was a considerate host who even went to the trouble to mail a forgotten item back to us. We would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Enjoyable and comfortable stay
The house is huge and we had plenty of room to spread out. The master suite is amazing, as is the large projector screen for watching movies in the basement. There is no backyard, but there is a park about 2 minutes away where we went to play one evening. Timothy was an excellent host, responding quickly to our communications and being extremely helpful. It was a bit of a drive to get to the popular sights (Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods), but if you want a large and comfortable place to stay at night, this is a great spot.

Trip with work friends for a Memorial, the house was in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport, communication with owner was easy and always very helpful. Property itself was bigger than pictures show, more space than we knew what todo with and amenities everywhere with close distance to shopping of any kind and 20 minute drive to Memorial we were going to. Definitely would book again

Amazing home away from home
The house was exactly what we needed for our stay. We celebrated my husbands 50th birthday down there because I have a Son that lives near by. The house was spacious for my husband and I, our 10 year old daughter and 2 adult children. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Has a huge projector screen downstairs; which was perfect for movie night. Location was perfect as we had access to near by grocery stores and all the activities we wanted to do. Neighborhood is super quiet! Which is a plus for someone who wakes up easily to any noise. Owner made the check-in process super easy and was very responsive throughout the process. I would definitely book another stay here!

Perfect for the family!!!
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Pikes Peak Lodge. The house was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Comfortable beds with plush bedding. Nice gym in the garage, and we loved the piano, books, and board games. Master suite was AMAZING!!! A projector in the basement perfect for movie nights. Good location with a grocery store down the street, and a plethora of restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. Only issue we had was the dishwasher wasn’t working and we had to wash them by hand. Tim and his wife were very apologetic for the inconvenience, and were very responsive before and during our stay. Overall a 10/10. Can’t wait to come back on our next family trip to the Springs!!!

Location was ideal. House is huge, lots of room to spread out. House is well appointed, modern, in good condition. We stayed when it was in the mid to upper 90s each day. The upstairs was warmer than our liking but Tim was responsive and helpful in responding to our concerns. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to work. Beds were comfortable.

Perfect for us
We stayed here for a week, while our daughter played in the Sparkler softball tournament. The location was perfect for us, with amazing shopping and dining extremely close by (less than 2 miles). Loved the house and would definitely stay here again. Owner was able to remotely see that there was an issue with the A/C and contacted us to make sure we were comfortable. He kept in daily contact with us until the issue was resolved. Great host, great house, great vacation. Next time we’re going to win the trophy too for the tournament!!

Great Family Experience
Outstanding property in a quiet neighborhood and in a convenient location to most major attractions. Our group of 10, which include 4 children between the ages of 3 and 11, loved the spacious kitchen and the nearby park. The only drawbacks were a lack of sufficient tissues/toilet paper and the Roku TV was not working initially. The owner was quick to respond to these minor issues. We would not hesitate to book this property in the future

This property is gorgeous with plenty of room for everyone. It's within half an hour of anything you would want to do in Colorado Springs/Manitou Springs/Cheyenne Mt areas. Perfect place to relax after a long day of outdoors activities! My teens especially liked the projector in the basement!

With the fantastic location & beautiful modern furnishings, we had high expectations. We had some issues & notified owner. While he responded within required times, no issues were resolved. The back yard could not be enjoyed due to overgrown weeds & XL dog next door. Note for the mobility challenged: this house is a split level with basement. Steps up to main floor, no bedrooms on main floor. 18 steps upstairs to 3 bedrooms/laundry. Master bed area is 2 steps up from bath (no handrails). 16 steps down to basement with one bedroom/bath/gameroom. Some website pictures are not up to date. Wish we could have loved it. Please repair the tvs & dishwasher and you'll have some happy campers.
