Nice porch but…
Was not impressed by this property. It wasn’t as put together/clean as we would have liked or expected. Hooks and shelves were coming off of the wall especially in the bathroom which made us hesitant to use things and difficult to fully enjoy/utilize the space. While we knew there was a trailer out front we were not expecting the million cameras on it taking in our every move leading up to the property. There was even one at the back that faced the window to the lower bedroom which was unsettling. Neighborhood was a mobile/trailer park and not what we were expecting. In the end we actually left our stay early and only stayed one night. Wouldn’t book again.

Tiny home trailer park at the foot of Pikes Peak
The house was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and cookware, although the plates and skillets had to be washed before use as they were greasy or sticky. The instant water heater fluctuated when using hot water while washing dishes or taking a shower. There were plenty of towels and linens and all were clean. The towel hooks and shelving in the bathroom were about to pull out of the wall and extra care had to be taken when hanging towels. The house is very close to Hwy 24 so we didn't care to sit on the porch in the mornings to enjoy coffee and the sunrise due to the noise, although we were able to enjoy times around the gas fire pit as the area is enclosed with privacy fence to dampen the sound from the highway. It was also surprising to see the location is essentially a trailer park. All in all, it was fine to sleep in and cook meals, but wouldn't say it is a place to find relaxation.
