We booked our stay after speaking with the front desk staff to confirm late checkout would be available until 1pm, needed for an event in the area. Upon arrival, we were only offered a late checkout of noon for an extra $25 fee. After a complaint, they were able to extend it to 12:30, but still frustrated by the rush this put us in. Overall, room was quiet and clean. The outlet in our room was falling out of the wall, but otherwise no major faults. Breakfast was standard offerings.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our bedding was dirty with stains and hair, so they provided new bedding. It seemed like they had painted recently, but the caulk around the tub was badly deteriorated. For free breakfast you are given tickets to turn in. Breakfast is only 6-9am and they are strict with that. We arrived at 9:05 and the hot food was already put away and they would not accommodate us. The second day we had to check out by 5:30 am for our flight, so we never got breakfast which was the primary reason for choosing this hotel. I also chose this hotel because of its 4 star reviews but it should be a 3star "average" rating at best. If we could have received a refund, we would have gone back to the hotel we stayed at in Grand Junction which was much more modern and clean. Finally there is not enough parking so if you arrive in the evening, you will have to park in the overflow dirt lot next to the property. I would not choose this hotel again.

The rooms are nice. The jacuzzi needed fixed as back jets werent working. Maybe it had a little greening on the bottom part. I'd say it needs help. Its our 2nd stay here and we do like the rooms greatly.
