Not As Luxurious as the Price Led Me to Believe
The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaints were thin towels and ridiculously priced breakfast. I've stayed in less expensive hotels and had a more luxurious experience.

The most important part of a hotel? The Bed!! Although nicely updated throughout the property and an awesome shower, room 211 needs a new bed ASAP. The king bed is worn out on both sides.

It's 2024, recently remodeled and not 1 USB port in room. I had 7 USB devices (2 phones, noise canceling headphones, earbuds, hearing aids, electric razor, bone conductive headset for swimming). Ridiculous. They said "there's a USB port by the lobby sofa. You can come sit down here and use it". Yah ... right. Luckily I found an AC-USB adapter in my razor case. Saved $5 on the room over where I often stay. What a joke. No complimentary breakfast here, coffee or anything. Medium cup of black coffee was $4. Basic breakfast was almost $15. What a ripoff. Hampton provides complimentary water in room, breakfast, coffee, etc. Went to lobby to buy a cold soda from their snack area. Everything was warm. When i told them they said "Oh its been that way for quite awhile. Guess it didn't get fixed". I walked over to the next hotel to get my soda. Found out they had lower rates, complimentary breakfast, USB ports in room, and their beverages were cold. I canceled my reservation for a later night at the Courtyard and switched. I won't be returning to the Courtyard by Marriott.
