The hotel is close to the waterfalls so we were able to take an enjoyable short walk to see them after being in the car all day. We ate at the restaurant on sight and had a delicious meal.

The hotel is conveniently located and the resteraunt was good. The hotel staff was not a helpful as one would expect at the price of the rooms. The door handle did not work properly and we were unable to get in the room. I had to go back down to find out the trick to make the door handle work. That trick had to be performed multiple times to get the door to open once. The HVAC system did not work propely, we had to sweat or hang meat. The wallpaper in the bathroom appeared to have drywall mud or paint all over. Again,for the price of the room, they should be near perfect. They did not provide any solition to these issues, so the next morning we requested to be moved to a different room, which they did do. After that we had no other issues and enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Clean. Nice bar/restaurant and convenient to have Starbucks. When checked in, one of our rooms wasn’t ready said would call but after 1/2 hour went back down.

The location is perfect and the hotel itself is beautiful. The only gripe I can think of is that the beds were hard.
