There are twenty five original charming steps reminiscent of a Irish woodland fairytale going down to the home from the dirt road where you park. On a warm summer night, if you’re lucky, fireflies in the trees make it magical. On the level of the home is where you will find a wood burning outdoor fireplace where guests can make smores or grill. Twenty steep steps will take you down to the next level down to a look out deck where you can see the boats going by. Further down, approximately thirty steps will take you to the newly renovated dock where there is a step ladder into the water for some splashing fun.
Back up at the house, there are three bedrooms that sleep 7 people. The first bedroom consists of a brand new queen bed and side tables with charger plugs and three drawers. With a backdrop of fresh paint, it is decorated with pictures of the lake and an old oar. It has hooks on the wall, a mirror, two chairs and a three tiered cart for your personal items. This room houses the furnace to the heater which might be a little loud for some in the fall if it is on. It is open to the closet for ventilation. With the bedroom door open, there is a great view of the lake from the bed. The second bedroom has a brand new double bed with a single bunk over it. This freshly painted room also houses the brand new renovated shower. It has a chair, a three tiered cart for personal items, a full length mirror, and a shelving unit and a small computer desk with a USB charger. On the way to the third bedroom is a couple of steps up to a breezeway that has the restroom, and the new washing machine and dryer. This third bedroom offers a bit of coziness and privacy away from the rest of the rooms making it a good room if someone needs to do remote work or hop on a zoom call or take an afternoon nap. It has an office chair and some shelf space in front of a window. This room retains its original wood like charm, has a double bed with simple side tables for the lamps, a cabinet with shelves, a shelving unit and its own heating system.
