Broken down hotel!
Horrible! And we were not the only ones! I want a full refund! Checked into room 207 floor by a/c drenching wet. Moved to roo. 306. Turned on a/c. Came back few hours later room steaming hot. Was told mngr was taking care of other a/c problems he would be up. Never the less 11pm my 6 yr old granddaughter neededti be to bed hours ago they say no extra rooms gave us a fan and said 25 percent off bill told them hotels.co. showed rooms and we asked if we left if we could get our money. Hour lster 310 was available with ac. Mgr said since they switched our room we were not getting a 25 percent refund. Not to mention hisband was stuck in elevator for 15 min because it broke and when we went to check out no carts they in rear office they said they had none. But whe. Husband was done carrying down everything they appeared. Spoke to 5 other guest no ones ac was working. They are separated units. Im contacting baymont themselves onthis!!!

Very disappointing
Very disappointing to be given a room key at check in and walk into a room where someone else is already checked in using the bathroom/ unacceptable, how does this even happen. Additionally I have a suspicion of bedbugs. Not clean. Appalling!

Took over 25 minutes for someone to arrive at front desk for check in. Arrived at check-in time but front desk was not staffed. Very rude upon arrival and did not apologize. Whole check in process took nearly 45 minutes.

The room only had 1 towel fortunately we brought our own towels i did tell the staff there was only 1 towel in the room when checking out because i did not want them to think we took them. The closet fit was broken and we checked out at 730 to go eat breakfast and there was no eggs and bacon left no one put some more out. When i went to the desk to ask if more was going to be put out there was no one at the counter. So we ended leaving without breakfast when it was a primary reason we stayed.

The fact that you don’t allow any cancellations regardless of the situation is just bad business. We didn’t stay here and had to spend another $300 somewhere else due to airline complications. Wyndham just lost all my future business.

Nice Room. Still Waiting For Deposit.
I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice & clean, one of the best I’ve seen in a long time. However, my $50 deposit hasn’t been refunded to my account or my sister’s account and we’ve waited over two weeks now. I can’t get anyone on the phone to speak with them to get my refundable deposit and I’m quite angry at this point. The man behind the counter was very nice, however he was new & not well trained. He was left at the front desk by himself and he admitted it was his first day. He should’ve been properly trained, he should’ve been given proper directions on how to process the refund of a deposit. I don’t blame him because this is not his fault.
