Great value, comfortable beds. Very convenient location for any shopping, food and gas. The shortcomings included a main door that didnt completely close (could be an issue). The property is dated and some wall paper was peeling. The pool has been down a while and no one was working on it. Breakfast selection was good but limited. Carpet needs replacing. The hotel smelled very fresh! I was surprisingly pleased with my stay.

WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN
The staff were great!!! Unfortunately both the pool & gym were closed and people in our group wanted to use both. The room walls were covered in holes/scratches & stains that could have been removed with cleaning solution and a rag, AC unit casings were broken & cracked, one room had a ceiling leak over a bed and we had to put an ice bucket down & the ceiling was missing plaster in other places from previous leaks.

Dirty, old, run down, no house keeping staff. Breakfast was old bread, old fruit and no meat. So "Horrible" we left. Staff did a great job with what they were given, no staff to cover anything.

Good value hotel.
We were traveling from Florida to NC and just needed a place to spend the night. We had stayed at this same hotel the year before. It's comfortable and quiet and convenient to many restaurants a short car ride away. Both times our room overlooked the roof - oh well. the bathroom needed some repair work, but everything worked fine. The breakfast is average- adequate but could use an upgrade.

Place smelled bad, room smelled bad, could hear people/noise from the other room, the sofa bed was dirty and couldn’t use it. And the breakfast was horrible, only bread, cereal and limited snacks, no hot food.

I want to commend your employee, A'leiya. She checked me in and was also on duty the next day. She was most kind and helpful to me throughout my stay. She is a real asset to your organization. Overall, I was comfortable in my room, but I feel that the bathroom needs to be updated. I did enjoy the breakfast that was offered.

The room was dirty. It was missing the sofa couch which we needed. The room only had two towels lights didn’t work and fixtures were broken or missing pieces. The breakfast was pancake or cold biscuits with old sausage gravy.

There was no remote for the TV. Upon my request when I went to the front desk, the guy found me one remote after a long time of waiting and when I got to the room, the remote did not work. Jeeeez! I just let go and didn't bother further. The phone in the room did not work and I could not make complaints or get attendants attention from the room but I have to consistently go to the front desk. Worst still, there was no iron in my room. I went to the front desk to report it and I was promised one. It took so long to eventually bring it and sadly the iron does not work! So why did they bring us a useless iron and a useless remote? There was a technical issue processing my payment when we arrived for check in. I swapped my credit card and the charges taken my credit card but the attendant guy kept saying the money did not process and I need to pay or else I can't be checked in. This caused some arguement and much delay at the lobby without checking us in. I adviced them to make calls to their payment center because the money was already taken from my account. After a long time they came to me and confirmed that the payment went through successfully. This was not a good experience for me.

I am not very demanding when it comes to hotels but this hotel was not clean , smelled horrible and ac In the room did not work , tv didn’t work and sheets were not the cleanest.

The front desk gentleman who checked us in was amazingly friendly- the hotel was in vast disrepair though. The pool was out of commission, the curtains in the room were ripped and the bathroom had rust streaks running down the wall. The breakfast was a joke, there was hard boiled eggs, juice and cereal. That was it. They had a pancake machine but it also was out of commission.
