This property has been sold to Fairfield Inn and they have desire to fix anything or listen to any issues. We request maid services twice during the 3 day stay and never received the service at all. The desk in the room was unusable. The legs were about to fall off the table as it wabbled and was being held up but the desk chair. The water in the bathroom sink flowed just above a trickle while the shower flow was fine. Reporting the issues to the front desk fell on deaf ears. They said that they are not fixing anything because the renovation would be starting soon. When asking about the requested maid service they showed us a photo of a door with the do not disturb sign on it. That could have been taken at any time. When we left on day 2 the maid was across the hall and still did not attend to our room. We attempted to discuss the issue with the manager but he was never on site. I took his card and called him twice but never got a return call. I requested a discount for the issues, but they said we need to talk to the manager. There was never more than a dozen cars in the parking lot so they did not have a lot of rooms to clean and could have offered us a different room. As we have family in the area, we will be returning to Lexington, SC but will never stay there again. Avoid this place and stay elsewhere.
