Don’t stay here
This hotel is in serious need of a remodel. Beds were ok but the bathroom was awful. The shower had no door and was tiny. I’m 5’ tall and was almost as tall as the shower head. There was no vanity to set your things, just a sink attached to the wall. No cover on the toilet. The coffee machine in the lobby didn’t work either. Would not stay here again.

Birthday key issue
It was a wonderful stay. The only issue i had was the issue with my room. Was giving the key to a room that was occupied but the wonderful lady helped me. Found the right room but the air was not working and she moved me with no hesitation to another room. Overrall it was great. My boyfriend enjoyed his birthday

When we arrived we were unhappy with the location of our room and we were quickly moved into another room and also given a free upgrade. The staff were wonderful and very helpful! My husband also left behind something and they were very helpful with getting it mailed and back to us! We would definitely stay there again!

Check in was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were clean. Staff worked with us to arrange a late checkout. The elevators are a little slow but not a huge inconvenience.

Beautiful Outside Nightmare inside!
The hotel is beautiful from the outside and the lobby- the staff were very courteous, BUT the rooms were horrible - the first room we had looked fine until we looked up - the ceiling was black with what we can only assume was mold - so we asked for a different room, below is the photo from the 2nd ROOM! on a different floor but with the same problem! so we switched to a third room which was on the same floor a few doors down...not much better that room was cold but was very moist? basically the room felt wet.. we thought it would get better with the a/c on however we basically slept in a wet cold room. Oh and on top of that the toilet was running all night! Literally if it wasn't the A/C (very loud) it was the constantly running toilet all night.. we did not sleep well but the family was too tired and too scared to see what the next room would have so we stayed there. Breakfast included 6am-9am we thought we had a shot at that -we walked in at 7:45am to find a lot of other unhappy guests who were waiting for food - no eggs, no bacon, no pancake mix for the waffle machine (which had an alarm going off) no coffee?! and we couldn't find the person who was supposed to be working the kitchen?- by the way the coffee machine in the lobby was also out of order the entire time we were there. So sad to see a Wyndham Garden hotel like this - sadly the staff were nice but not very concerned about the complaints...won't be going back to this hotel again.

Converted No Tell Motel with Bad Smell
This hotel turned out to be a cheap motel that they built an extra roof and lobby over really weird. The rooms are all glass fronts facing the inner lobby and appears to be a building exterior indoors. Upon entering the “hotel” there is an extremely strong smell of purfume, no idea what they are covering but it can’t be good. Once we got our room it was awful smelling of weed and bleach to the point that I didn’t feel safe continuing to inhale it, the front desk apologized and gave us a new room without any trouble. (The front desk staff was the only good thing at this hotel, they were wonderful and pleasant) The second room was outdoor facing the “garden” and was identical is appearance to the first reaffirming the thought this was once a fully outdoor motel. The second room toilet ran all night, the security device for the door was broken but it was late so we accepted it as is. Upon further inspection the floor and box spring were stained but since the bed was clean we slept Would not recommend.

Location: Great! In walking distance to the Waffle House and Chick Fil A. Also has a gas station in walking distance as well. Staff: Fantastic and Professional! Breakfast: Little variety but honestly good (4/5) and it was never packed when I went to grab some (stayed 5 days for business) Rooms: I was in room 126. The room I would give it 3/5. A few stains on the carpet but nothing major. Bed was comfy and A/C blew cold (Love!!). Bathroom: You can tell they did the “landlord special for the bathroom. Mines at least. You could see paint chipping from the shower wall and how they painted over the shower wall to make it come across as an “update”. You can see they only did 1 Coat of paint because you can see the original color. Silver appliances in the shower and bathroom are rusting and the water flow is light/low. Shower faucet popped off after first use. Whatever caulk they used to seal it was not the right caulk and they didn’t install the shower faucet properly (need to cut down the pipe prior to installing the faucet). Amenities: Great outdoor lounge area, gym, and pool. Overall my stay was a 3.5/5. Would I stay here again? Possibly, only if they actually upgrade the showers and install everything right the first time.
