We were in Columbia for a basic training graduation, the motel is an older motel but is not that bad. No bugs and very clean! The employees were extremely nice and helpful!

Nastiest hotel ever
Burn holes in mattress cover, dead bugs under mattress, remote didn’t work so when I tried to use manual buttons on tv there was sticky substance all over the tv.Shoes stuck to floor when walking on it.Bed mattress was worn out and sunken in.Had to go to car and get our blankets out to sleep on because the linens were not clean.Shower head came off and hit my wife on the head.Pretty much the worse hotel experience we ever had.Oh yes, had to leave a twenty dollar cash deposit at front desk, never heard of that before.

The dirtiest most disgusting hotel I ever entered.Filthy,stinky ,run down garbage piled ,garbage cans overflowing, broken elevator. The only good thing was the desk manager.Very nice man who offered to cancel my prepaid reservation. I hope Expedia will ensure my refund is processed.

Did not stay here as it was so filthy. Got off elevator and there were garbage bags piled up. Hallway was dingy and there was a foul smell. Room was not clean. There were people living there and I felt unsafe.

The absolute WORST!
My stay was absolutely TERRIBLE. For starters, they have a huge roach infestation problem! And secondly, the property requires a $20 cash security deposit but I wasn't told that I had to check out no later than 11:00 A.M. on the dot to get the deposit back. I turned in my key a few minutes after 11:00 A.M. and the front desk receptionist, with a bit of an attitude, informed me of said "policy"--which was NOT told to me upon check-in--and she pointed to a sign on the counter which she said outlined the policy. But the sign simply said check-out is at 11:00 A.M. and there will be a fee imposed for late check-outs. I asked her if the $20 deposit essentially serves as that fee since it is retained for anyone checking out at 11:01 A.M. or later and she said no. I politely informed her that the sign did not say what she claimed it said and proceeded to leave the premises. Needless to say, I will NEVER stay here again and will warn to not stay here either. The room was unhygeinic and the morning staff unprofessional.

I would not recomend property the staff is very unprofessional, and they have there kids cleaning the hotel broke our hearts to see an 8 yr old cleaning hall ways. The beds were dirty and not made properly, we had a handicap room and handles were ripped off the walls in shower. They sprayed the shower didnt rinse made very slippery and fell getting in. The hot water was either burning or cold. Wife felt very uncomfortable walking to and from our car. Staff is very rude. Dont stay here!!!!!
