The front desk clerk was very helpful. Especially when I arrived and discovered that Expedia had cancelled my reservation! The clerk quickly checked me into a beautiful room and apologized on behalf of Expedia, even though she doesn’t work for them! She was wonderful!!

Beware of Extra Fees

The hotel itself is nice and a convenient location. Staff at check in were somewhat nice at best. Beware of hidden charges on your bill they don’t bother to mention such as a fee for parking. Yes it’s only a few dollars but it’s a normal roadside hotel with a normal parking lot. Plenty of other equivalent hotels to choose from with free parking. Pet fee is understandable but very high as well as two separate charges for a pet fee. The fees just seem ridiculous at this hotel. If you don’t mind being charged for every little thing, it’s a good choice.
