I received a key to an occupied room. There was only one person to check people in and he was in the phone for at least 10 minutes before I could be helped. Rooms smell horrible. Not coming back, for sure.

Issues that need to be resolved.
There were a few issues with my stay. Overall it was pleasant but there were a few things that did not meet my expectations. -The toilet seat was broken, this was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Picture attached. -The toilet has a hair on it. Picture attached. -The bed was very, very noisy. It needs repair or replacement. -The A/C unit didn't get very cold. There was no noticeable difference between 70 degrees and 67 degrees. Honestly I feel like I should receive a 50% refund at this point. I should have spoken to the front desk but I was in a hurry.

No elevator. Facility needs work. Nice staff.
No elevator!! Put us on 2nd floor. Both of us with disabilities. Hotels.com property details said it has elevator. I notified front desk and told them to have hotels.com correct their info. Also, no ramp to sidewalk at side door. Bumble bees swarming front entrance and sidewalk area around edge of roof. Told front desk. Room was a bit musty. Several window screens falling out on the building. Shower curtain rod in our room was loose, tips down so curtain wouldn't stay pulled across. Dirty wash cloth in bathroom, hair in tub. Safe was locked and not usable. Weed smell in hallway on upper floor, every day. The front desk programmed room key for 1 day vs 2 so we were locked out and had to drive around to front desk to get it reprogrammed. Positives: left cookies for us, mints, water and pop in the room. Had a Bible in the drawer. They also came the next morning and offered to switch our room but we declined since already managed to get our stuff up to it and settled. Also they had offered to help bring our things up at check in but we did it. Friendly housekeeping and breakfast staff. Good breakfast with hot food options. Towels smelled good. Comfy bed and nice side chair in the room.

My husband and I stayed in one of the jetted tub rooms. It was quiet, the jets felt amazing! The bed was clean and comfortable. And we had mints, cookies, water and pop waiting for us!
