Our property is pet friendly (limit 2), but please make sure you follow the rules mentioned below:
✤ NO CATS! This is a hazard as future guests could have allergy issues.
✤ No constant barking nor disturbances is allowed. We do not want anyone disturbed at any time. We assume the pet is well behave and will be trained to be quiet.
✤ Non-aggressive breeds, no history of aggression, 50lb limit and $100 PER ANIMAL PER STAY DOG FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE). This only applies to reservations that do not last a maximum of one week. If your stay exceeds one week, the pet fee will be $100 per pet per week (non-refundable).
✤ Pets and service animals must be supervised when in the backyard, not be left unattended at any time
✤ Pets and service animals should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost and must be crated or kenneled when left alone to avoid accidents.
✤ Please avoid any pet mess inside the house and outside as well. Guests are required to remove ALL TRACES of an animal being present at the property. Please pick-up their waste and dispose of it accordingly and bring a cover for our couches and chairs, if pets sit on them. Always have mattress protectors on beds regardless. Any damage caused by an animal must be repaired or reported to us and will be charged back to you.
✤ You will need to disclose to us if you will be bringing a pet to the property. Please let us know your pet's breed, how many as well as weight at the time of booking.

✤ There is NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house. There will be a $150.00 smoking fee charged for smoking in the house.

Great for Army parents
We stayed here to go to our son’s turning blue and graduation ceremonies. It was enough space for our large family. We all loved the pool table, game arcade, and hot tub! My hb accidentally locked us out and the host was quick to get the house unlocked and was so understanding. I’d highly recommend!

Very nice home, modern and clean! The host was great to work with and easily communicated all aspects of our trip. We went to my sons Army Boot Camp graduation, and we had my parents, my family, my sister and my sons girlfriend and her mom. The 5 rooms were comfortable and everyone had a bed to sleep in!
The pool table in the 4 seasons room was a huge hit and we enjoyed the clean hot tub as well! I highly recommend this host and this home. It was so relaxing to NOT have to stay in a hotel sitting on the floor with all the family in town! My son was relaxed and comfortable while on his short weekend leave from boot camp! Thanks for a great home away from home!
