The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not that great. I wish they would’ve had potatoes and the eggs are pretty bad. The gym was small and the elevator was creaky, but the pool was nice overall it was fine.

Nice hotel, the hotel clerk that checked us in, she was very nice and very welcoming and the nice woman that was working the breakfast area she was also extremely nice. Very close to so much shopping and restaurants, definitely recommend.

The pictures online do not represent the true condition of the property. It is rundown and needs a facelift! The rugs inside and outside of the room are dirty and stained. The couch in the room was old and tired. We found a hair in the bed when we pulled back the sheets. Our bathroom was very clean so that was a positive.

The hotel smelled nothing but chlorine and the Internet kept dropping it also rather run down . Not to mention they wouldn't take cash as half the payment slightly annoying

Check in was fine but once I got settled and ready for bed, it was awful. I checked the bed and noticed there was at least 3-4 bed mattress protectors and started to be suspicious. I looked for spots but didn't see any. I was lying on the bed and moved the pillows, and I saw BEDBUGS! I JUMPED UP! I was so shocked and grossed out, I couldn't believe it. I went to the front desk and told the night person. He acted like it was a normal occurrence and said, "There's nothing I can do as far as a refund for a few days". He was very nonchalant and unconcerned! He offered another room, but I said "No, I can't stay here". So, if you are considering staying here "DON'T". YOU DON'T WANT TO ENCOUNTER BEDBUGS!
