My sister and I stayed at this house in Columbus for 4 days. The house was cute, and we really wanted to love it. We didn't have check in directions 2 hours before, and I had to have VRBO contact her to get a response. The beds only had a bottom sheet and a very light quilt. No extra blankets available and it got down to 27F at night. Only one roll of toilet paper and 2 towels for two of us for 4 days. I called and messaged the host several times a day with no response. I even let her know she was earning a poor rating, and still no response.

Not clean upon arrival
I was never sent check in details for the property until I inquired at 8:30 that night. We arrived and it was not cleaned, could not get ahold of anyone. Finally got things resolved with VRBO app. Cleaning person quit & did not inform anyone. Looked like a great place to stay maybe I can try again in the future.

Great Location
This unit is in great location if you're looking for something close to OSU or downtown. The size is great for a small family. The main issue we had was the temp of the unit. When we arrived, the thermostat was at 52, in the middle of February. It took hours to heat up. The unit didn't have extra blankets or sheets beyond what was on the 2 beds- not ideal if you're planning on having someone sleep on the couch, like we did. Overall, it would be a perfect set-up for a family if it wasn't so uncomfortably cold.
