All was good but between the hours of 11pm and 2am someone was stomping and running about on the 4th floor right above us. Very disturbing!

Offenders should be moved.
Family directly above us allowed their child to run and stomp around constantly and we couldn’t sleep or have a peaceful evening either night. We let the front desk know. They spoke to the people and it made no difference. The hotel offered us to move to a new room on the top floor. It was our last night. We declined because of the inconvenience of moving my entire family to another suite for just the evening. We asked why the family making the noise couldn’t be moved to the bottom floor. Because they are King rooms they would not move the ones making the noise to the first floor.

Interesting stay
Although the room, the common area and the fitness facility was very nice, I didn’t like the fact that I had to sign a waiver concerning keeping the incidental money for any stains that they may not get out of the linen. There were other things on that waiver, however, the vague stain reference made me skeptical and a little uncomfortable with my stay. Is this a ploy to keep people’s money? It was odd and very vague. Anyways, As soon as we got to the room, the electric blind came totally off the rod. I made sure to take pictures and let the front desk know. I was told there wasn’t another room that I could move to.
