The property was clean, the area was convenient and the maintenance guy was nice. The property needs updating. There was a plumbing issue in our room and the lady at the front desk was not nice at all. The maintenance guy was nice, pleasant and resolved the issue.

I wanted to pay cash for my stay, and they said card only.. then proceeded to tell me Expedia wants $75 for a deposit to be returned in 3 to 5 business days,Because they are a 3rd party!! An wouldn't even give me a receipt for my stay!! Expedia will send that they said! They said there was breakfast in the morning only to find out... I had to pay for it, cause I didn't see that in the Expedia site when I booked it!! The food was TERRIBLE!! My room definitely wasn't worth the price I paid!! Between The Hotel, and Expedia.. I am highly disappointed!! I .wouldn't even give any stars, but I had to!! Never goin back there again, an will never use Expedia again either!! Ya both were bad!

Like every hotel that I stay at I always check the bedding well upon checking the bedding there was stains on the cover and it actually looks like blood. Housekeeping was on my floor at the time they did change the bedding, but after that, I honestly did not feel comfortable, even laying on the bed.

The rooms did not have any information about dining, shopping, or any surrounding places. Also no luggage holder. The pillows on the bed were flat. The mattress was obviously old with a large dip in the middle. This was not the Holiday Inn I've loved to stay at when I traveled.

We stay in alot of rooms with all the cocerts we go to. This weekend was another concert with our daughter so decided ma6be go a little nicer. At 200+ a night this hotel was a disappointment for sure. Even the lobby bathroom was a total mess from check in to check out, no cate at all to even try it seems.
