We stayed overnight to break up the driving between Florida and Alabama and could not have been more pleased. Checking in was easy and the guy at the front desk was so nice! He even gave me a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste when I mentioned I had forgotten mine. The room was everything we needed…a clean, comfortable, quiet space and we were right across from the elevators…zero noise issues. I’m a hotel snob. I do my research, read all the reviews, and take hours to decide where I am spending my money. This was perfect! I would stay here again for sure!

We reserved a king. After checking in (where nothing was said) and getting to room and learning it was two queens, we called and were basically told it was a computer problem but they had no rooms and take it or lose your money. Very unhelpful people. No ideas for places to eat. Breakfast was till 9:30 but by 8:45 it was slim pickings and no one seemed to be working there.

Getting into the hotel parking is an option inconvenience because of the entrance. They immediately open entrance through Chick flay.

Enjoyed staying at this newer hotel. It was clean and quiet. Didn't hear anyone in the halls or next to me. I was by the elevator and the ice machine but I barely heard anyone so the walls were thick enough. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was turning into the parking lot due to the construction so it was tricky if you're turning left as they're still working on part of the parking lot.

The whole hotel was clean. The room we had, the dining area, everywhere we went in the hotel was clean & put together. The staff was incredible!! So, so, so nice & helpful. We will come back to this hotel every time we stay in the area.
