Our 2nd stay here in a week. 1st stay I’d rate 5 stars, even though there was no hair dryer and no parking pass issued. Receptionist and staff were excellent.2nd stay we found our room was not ready. Receptionist was very helpful, but on her phone the entire time and angrily talking to whomever. We were offered nothing for the inconvenience of having to switch rooms. The carpet in our room is deeply stained. It was clean, however. Breakfasts are very nice.

Hotel is in a very sketchy area of Columbus, OH. I would not go out in the dark there even to just get in my car. Once I got in my room, I used Door Dash for meals and stayed put. Room needed some maintenance, and had very poor lighting. Staff was, however, very pleasant and helpful.

One bed had spots on the sheets and there was open snack packs in the laundry cabinet. Other than that, everything was perfect. The guy who came in to change the sheets was really nice and professional. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and polite.

We had a few rooms for our group. All of them had issues, some of them unacceptable. Dirty floors, no tv remote, no garbage cans, a broken lock to the adjoining room which meant that the other guests (not with our group) could gain access to our room. In one case, when checking in late, we were given a room where the bed was still unmade and dirty towels were in the bathroom from previous guests.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They addressed any concerns and questions with a smile The room was nice. We did see stsins on carpet in hallway and room. Current construcyion makes coming/going a challenge at times, but is to be completed in November.

Never come here.
Terrible area, drug deals in parking lot. Workers hung out next to dumpster with a baby for a long time before coming back inside to check the front desk. Room had poop smeared on the wall in bathroom. Pubic hair was on the bed with stains. Entire hotel had strong marijuana odor. Homeless people sleeping in parking lot

The entire property is need of repair. We travel to Columbus quite often and have never seen anything like this. The floor throughout the property is filthy at all times, the towel bar in our bathroom was hanging on by a thread and several floor tiles in the bathroom were loose. Unless you have no other choice, don't stay here.
