The property is old and needs lots of work. Gas smell very concerning coming from stairs hallway. Staff not worried about but put a fan to help the smell out. Elevator also scary. The staff do not speak English or Spanish. Book at your own risk. Not safe truly! Did not eat breakfast because it was close by 9am. The only good thing was the area.

Convenient location for a quick trip in town to see family. We didn't need much in a hotel room, just a place to crash. Unfortunately the bed was not very comfortable and our rooms heat/ac unit was all or nothing, making it difficult to maintain a reasonable sleeping temp. Walls seemed to be pretty soundproof but the room door certainly was not. Both nights I was awakened to loud conversation in the halls in the wee hours. Halls were pretty musty smelling and the elevator has seen better days. Our tv remote seemed to work to the extent of turning it on, with no ability to navigate the guide or change channel/volume. The upsides: safe area, economical price, easy parking. The bathroom was clean and the fridge in the room was handy.
