Not like it used to be
We used to stay here all the time for trips to Columbus. We haven’t been in a few years and it has gone way down hill. The rooms weren’t super clean. We had to change rooms upon arrival as there was a roach in our first room in the pull out bed. All other hotels were full so we settled for a different room. It was cleaner than the first but was in disrepair. There were wires that weren’t covered coming from the wall. There were also flood lights outside of our window that left our room glowing even with all of the shades drawn. Will definitely not choose to stay here again.

The staff were inhospitable - while I understand being busy with other guests, I should be able to go downstairs and get extra toilet paper and not be told I have to wait 25 (then another 15) minutes for housekeeping to come up. The room wasn’t clean even after it was “cleaned”. I had spilt some baby powder on the floor and it was still there after house keeping. The main areas and hallways were never vacuumed during the three days we were there. I would definitely stay there again and advise others against doing so as well.
