I bought a hotels.com gift card for this particular hotel quality inn Macon road Columbus Georgia on May 13th 2024. I made reservations according to the rules in terms and conditions that was stated on your website. Upon arriving front desk clerk advised me that he was not going to let me stay because I had booked a day early which I told him the system would not let me book a day behind. The gentleman continue to slam the door in my face would not accept my hotels.com gift card and told me it's best if I find other lodging I was totally taken to have a asthma attack because I had never received such treatment for doing nothing wrong and now I can't get any representative on hotels.com and settle the app that I bought the gift card through tells me to come back to you and speak about it but I can get no one to the phone or no one to answer my emails this is absurd

The beds were extremely firm; there was rust on anything shiney; and I had a giant bubble on my wall- not sure what was in it. Our stay was ok and it was in the center of everything. Good choices on tv stations available too.

We arrived to a very large cockroach in the bathroom and found 3 more during our 1 night stay. The lady that checked us in was very friendly. When reporting the bugs to the lady the next morning while she apologized she acted like it wasn’t a big deal.

My Stay at the Quality inn on Macon Rd was Great! I check in late the attendant was very and kind and helpful. The room was Clean and cool upon my arrival fully stocked I requested a smoking room upon my arrival opening the door can't even tell it was a smoking room it was very fresh! All in all it was Another Great Stay!!!

The hotel was clean and well taken care of the staff was very nice. The issue I had was the people beside our room was drinking and fighting all night until 5 in the morning. I had to drive 6 hours with no sleep. Not a good experience at all.
