This is supposedly a "non smoking" property. We arrived late in the evening and our room reeked of smoke. We asked to be moved to another room but non were available. We barely slept and woke up feeling like we were smothering in cigarette smoke. They SHOULD have refunded our room fee. We did NOT stay the three nights we intended to - they did at least refund us for the remaining two nights.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but the first room smelled of cigarette smoke. The second still had a funk, was very minimal, and had an electrical box hanging out of the wall, which felt unsafe.

Very clean room. Exterior is well lit and I was able to park near the room. My only complaint is that the cleaning crew went overboard with disinfectant. I ran the exhaust fan while I went for a drive hoping to eliminate some of the smell of disinfectant. That helped, so overall the room was acceptable. I prefer too much emphasis on cleanliness versus the opposite.

Lovely property Unfortunately, room was dirty.
I'm appalled by the subpar experience at this property. Despite its well maintained exterior and safe location, the room quality was unacceptable. It took three attempts to find a room that didn't reek of overpowering air freshener, a migraine trigger that should be taken seriously. The lack of elevator forced me to lug my luggage up stairs, adding insult to injury. If you prioritize cleanliness, accessibility, or have sensitivities, avoid this property.
