We stayed here to attend a concert at the Schottenstein Center and this property was a convenient walk. The rooms were clean which is my highest priority. They were small but served the purpose that we needed. Our only complaint is regarding the parking. It was only by blind luck that we even found the enterance to the parking garage. If you have a full size truck, as we do, there are only a handful of parking spots you can use. The ceiling is too low to go to other levels.

Close to OSU. Easy walk to campus. It is a small efficient room. Best for one person that will mostly just be sleeping there. Bed was a little caved in in the middle. I would stay here again. .

Room was small but we'll appointed and clean. The queen Murphy Bed took up nearly the entire room but it was arranged for convenience. The only glitch was that when I arrived at about 9:15 pm there was no one to check me in. I had to wait about 15 minutes and the phone number left behind by the desk clerk just went to voicemail.

Efficient usage of the small room space is amazing. Even though the room only measures ~20'x10', it has everything needed for me including a large microwave oven, a good size refrigerator, and a comfortable queen bed. It will be even better if the murphy bed could be raised a bit easier. The bed is heavy for lifting up.
