The "Residence Vives" is a complex of apartment in villa, on the ground floor or on the first floor; all have private entrance, private garden with parking space. The wonderful swimming pool is open from 15/06 to 31/08 and offer fun to the families and groups of friends.

Ideal for those who love to spend their holidays by the sea and pool. It is a perfect location for those seeking tranquility, but at the same time doesn't want to remain distant from the core services.
The apartment in Villa "Vives", is part of a Residence with swimming pool in Lido degli Scacchi, about 550 meters away from the sea. Is placed on the first floor, composed by living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom, a balcony with BBQ and a private garden with parking space. The House is equipped with TV, washing machine, air conditioner. Also the use of the swimming pool of the complex open from 15/06 to 31/08 subject to restrictions imposed by law due to COVID-19.

BEDS
The apartment has a maximum of 4 beds for adults and 2 children on the sofa bed.

SERVICES ON REQUEST

Bed linen: € 10.00 per person per supply.
Bath linen: € 10.00 per person per supply.

ANIMAL HOSPITALITY
Only one pet per accommodation is allowed on request, at a cost of € 5.00 per night. In the event of failure to notify or the introduction of more animals, the Agency may cancel the entire stay at any time without any refund of money.

BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING
Final cleaning by the guest is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.).
If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 60.00 will be charged.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 60.00.

TOURIST TAX
€ 0.30 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.
