The complex contains four buildings each housing four cottages. There are sixteen villas in total. 8 of these contain two bedrooms and are on the ground floor and 8 contain three bedrooms and are, in vertical, on the first floor. The complex is contained within a fence and there is an internal car park and recreation area with gardens.
