No where online did it mention that the pool was closed. I have been here multiple times and this was the worst experience. 1st no pool or hot tub, 2nd my room didn't have heat so had to be moved, 3rd was the door didn't latch properly

Pool and hot tub were closed and this was not disclosed at booking. Hot water went out sometime during the first day of stay but was not offered a different room in the part of the hotel that still had water. Overall condition of the hotel is run down and in need of great repair. Ceiling tiles weee falling out above the front desk. Should have know the condition would be a poor stay. Beds were clean and comfortable but overall a lousy hotel and a staff that showed little interest in their job at the desk.

Pool & hot tub are closed there is no mention in Expedia or on the hotels site. Never made it past the lobby but Hotel looks pretty ran down to carry the Ramada name. Signs are plastered all over the property under new ownership so maybe there’s hope in the future.

No advanced notification that the pool area was closed, the carpets were filthy, extremely loud guests, no ice or vending machines, I had to defrost the refrigerator myself, and I had to buy a battery to replace dying one in the smoke detector. It was problematic, to say the least.

Beyond disgusting! Go anywhere but here!!! We rented a suite for a romantic weekend, the first night we were exhausted and went to bed. The second night we tried the hot tub and within a minute my hubby and I were covered in huge chunks of mold, as big as your finger. GROSS! Retching, we bailed from the hot tub and ran to the shower to try to get it off as quickly as possible. After a hot shower, I went to the front desk and very discreetly told the manager what had happened and furnished photos. We were promised that maintenance would repair and the hotel would clean it the next day. This didn't happen. When we came back from a day out we saw the hot tub had not been cleaned. I went back down again and nicely asked why it had not been done when we discussed it the night before and reminded them that morning before we left. They were unsure and reached out to the housekeeper who stated she forgot and would come back up to do it now. This was evening... Since we had out dog, we left the hotel again so they could clean it like we were told would happen that day. We got back, tried the hot tub again, only to be covered with slimy, disgusting mold again! Another shower, tears as our hope of salvaging a romantic weekend was destroyed! The only reason we rented the suite, was the hot tub!

When I arrived I found out the pool and hot tub was closed, the bar no longer serves food such as burgers they only have finger foods. The room for starters the mirror was splattered with something(not clean) there was no cord to the phone to call down to the desk. When I pulled out the stand In between the beds to plug my phone charger there was puke on the side of the bed and over the box spring cover (not clean) there was no cups for water or the in room coffee in the room also. This was by far the worst stay at this motel I have ever had.

I was very disappointed we were given a room on the second floor at the very end of the hall I have difficulty with stairs and breathing the breakfast was mediocre the WiFi sucked the tv was difficult to get channels

Property is going through reservations. Booked the room for my kids to swim in the pool for the weekend but pool and hot tub were closed. They do have arcade room and indoor play area that helped to keep them entertained but would have like to know about the pool before booking.
