liked the area &the view however very disappointed at the facts that there was no safe in the room, on the first evening around midnight a complete stranger entered the room even though the door was locked. the bathroom door didnt lock, from Thursday 28th July the water in the toilet was continually running.This was reported to the office on Friday 29th July & we were assured they would send someone to repair it. No one came. On the Saturday evening at 8-45 we were about to go for dinner, meeting up with some of our family, when we checked the door after leaving the apartment we realised it wouldn't lock. we rang the emergency number & after 3 frantic phone calls 2 men came, unfortunately they did not speak English. Unable to fix the door they disabled the electronic lock & gave us a single manual key. This was now 10-15p.m. & we had to cancel our meal with our family. This also spoilt our plans for the Sunday as my wife & I had arranged to be at separate locations with different members of our family. The water in the toilet was still running on Monday 1st August so I rang the office who said they would send a plumber. The plumber arrived but could not fix it so stopped the water. We now had no flushing toilet. We were then given A BUCKET to use, to fill the bucket from the sink & pour it down the toilet. The office texted at 12.05 to inform us that the boss(Carlos) wanted to apologise personally to us. He never contacted us!!!
