My room that I've booked was not available and the receptionist was not knowledgeable enough to solve the issue, and very rude told me to step away to help someone else. Then another receptionist, who was the opposite, very friendly, stepped in to solve the issue

If your are not casino and other entertainment tourist stay away from this hotel. Stinky room with tiny window without any black out at all. The music on the roof terrace was so loud that i thought the ceiling will crumble on me. Until the Midnight Wired visitors and flocks of night girls. Avoid this hotel.
