Two-storey house in close proximity to the beach. The accommodation has Wi-Fi, several communal swimming pools and garden areas. Available for a maximum of eight people.



From the terrace you can enjoy the incredible views of the Roche pine forest and the sea. There is a porch with outdoor furniture and a pergola with a mobile awning. At the rear there is another terrace. On the ground floor of the holiday home there is a living-dining room with television, a kitchen, a toilet and a bedroom with two single beds. On the upper floor you will find a bathroom and two bedrooms, both with single beds, and one with an en-suite bathroom. This accommodation has Wi-Fi and is pet-friendly.

lots of mosquitos. 3 swimming pools are closed out of 4.
there are no windows mosquito protection so lots of problems withs mosquitos. we were not able to take diner on the terrace because of the mosquitos. Also bad smell because of humidity. the rest is ok.

Ferienhaus Loma Sancti Petri
Leider hat die Agentur vor Ort, Apartelius, keine Infos zur Schlüsselübergabe geschickt. Wir standen also samstags vor verschlossener Ferienhaustür. Das Büro der Agentur ist am Wochenende nicht besetzt,somit war die angegebene Telefonnummer überflüssig, da es auch keine Weiterleitung zu einem Servicetelefon gab. Erst über das Service-Telefon von fewo-direkt in Deutschland konnten wir letztendlich Kontakt zu Apartelius bekommen, mussten dann allerdings nochmals je 20 Kilometer hin und zurück nach Chiclana zur Schlüsselabholung fahren. Unerfreulich. Dann ging alles reibungslos. Alle waren sehr nett und bemüht. Nochmals Dank an das Serviceteam von fewo-direkt in Deutschland. Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Jemand sollte aber mit dem Inhaber Kontakt aufnehmen. Alles ist innen gepflegt und sauber, aber das Haus verdient z.B. einen neuen Anstrich von Aussen, Nichts desto trotz, wir werden wiederkommen, wir wissen ja jetzt, worauf wir achten müssen😉

Schlechter Zustand. Vollkommen überteuert
Die Wohnung macht insgesamt einen abgewirtschafteten Eindruck. Fussboden und Sanitär wurden gereinigt, der Rest war einfach nur schmutzig. Diverse Dinge sind kaputt oder müssten erneuert werden - das interessiert aber offensichtlich niemanden. Verschimmelte Fensterrahmen wg. Der Luftfeuchtigkeit und überall Ameisen sind nur die Spitze dessen, was einen erwartet. Schöne Photos - mehr aber auch leider nicht. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen - zumindest nicht zu dem Preis.
