modern new apartment, two large seaview-terraces, sunloungers, large common pool, own parking, only 400m to the beach, for 4 persons, with Wifi and aircon is a modern, well-kept holiday apartment, located on the upper floor of the "Mirador de la Fontanilla" apartment complex, which has a communal salt-water Pool. This apartment is at the end of the complex and has one of the best sea views. This new apartment complex is only a few minutes walking distance from the beautiful "Fontanilla" beach.

There is a wind protected terrace with splendid sea views which can be accessed from the living/ dining room as well as from the main bedroom. Through a stair on the terrace we can access a 40 square meter big roof terrace, called "the Solarium". There are loungers available to enjoy the magnificent sunset over the sea.
The lower terrace, with 26 square meters, is equipped with a large dining table and chairs. The perfect location of the apartment, near the beach and the center, makes it perfect for a great holiday. The apartment is about 80 square meters.

The apartment and Paloma the owner are lovely. Conil de la frontera is amazing. However Casa Conil Agency who take the booking were extremely unprofessional. We had asked specifically over messages on vrbo if there were two separate showers and they informed us there was when there was only one. We then went for a swim in the pool which is advertised and looks very inviting on the vrbo listing but we’re told by residents to come out as it was not open until the middle of May. When we complained to Jorge that we had not been informed about this and it did not state it on the vrbo listing he was very unhelpful and unprofessional and basically told us to accept it and get on with our holiday. We were very disappointed as we could have paid less money for an equivalent apartment without a pool with two shower rooms and we had traveled as two couples and wanted separate bathrooms. Like I stated early though the apartment is very nice if you only need one shower and you go when the pool is open.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, tal cual las fotos.la terraza perfecta para desayunar y comer y el solarium estaba bien y se veia atardecer dese alli. Paloma muy maja, fue la persona que nos recibió, nos dejo un par de sillas de playa y un par de sombrillas. Todo un detalle. El garage bien y plaza grande. Tital ente recomendable
