All personnel were friendly and pleasant. Room was very clean as well as the front and breakfast area. Having coffee available 24/7 was an extra plus. Nice variety of breakfast food choices.

Everything was great. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast food was very good. The showers had great water pressure. I did notice a stain on the lamp shade and in the window curtain. The pillows were pretty flat I would change those. Otherwise everything else was good.

Very friendly staff was great! The toilet was broken in our room. We came back after being gone for 3 hours and the toilet was still running. We asked for a different room. The handle fell off the toilet the 1st time I flushed it! I was able to reattach it and it never came off again.

This was a convenient choice for our overnight stay. It was near Shipshewana and other nearby communities. It's in the heart of Amish country and really beautiful there. The staff was super nice and informative. They answered my questions and helped with WI-FI. The free hot breakfast was nice and the coffee was good, too. The woman working the breakfast area could use a bit of help.

Upon check-in the desk clerk had dirty hands and fingernails. Pleasant. Our room had not been cleaned and stocked well. There was a half full bottle of drinking water left on the AC unit. The kleenex tissues had only 2 in it. The hair conditioner in the shower was empty. Orange stain on the wall behind toilet tank. I have stayed at numerous Hampton Inns and this one was not up to the expectations of a Hampton Inn stay.

DONT BOOK AT THE MIDDLEBURY INDIANA HAMPTON INN
So we were running late and wanted to let the hotel know we were going to be a late check-in. Their phone was disconnected. We then called Hilton customer service to see if they could contact them and they said no one was picking up the phone. Then once we arrived. They gave us our keys and they didn’t work. Had to go back down to the desk to get the keys reactivated Once we got in the room the WiFi was down. Had to go back to the front desk and the lady there gave us her own sign in. In the morning we went down for breakfast and it was pitiful. Eggs were watery and the Turkey sausage didn’t look fresh. Overall this was one of the worst stays I have ever had.

Staff was rude and very unhelpful. Fire alarm flashing strobe light was flashing in the room and bathroom. She said she could not do anything about it and she said she could or would not check us out at 9:30 pm. Could not stay as customers suffer from migraines and flashing light would be detrimental.
