The property was wonderful and the staff was great. I did go down at midnight because our room was missing a TV remote and there were some weird characters but I don’t think that’s the hotels fault. I think it’s just the area.

Clean hotel...check in was good...heating unit in room buzzed all night...didn't get much sleep...I informed the check out staff...especially since they always ask..."how was your stay with us?" First thing the gentleman at the front desk stated was "We don't give refunds"...I chuckled...I didn't ask ...nor was I expecting one...although...in hindsight...I did have a horrible night of sleep...and probably should be compensated...he didn't even fret to let me know he..as well as hotel mngt were already aware of this problem in multiple rooms...didn't even apologize for the inconvenience...u can always tell when someone is there to collect a paycheck...even though this was an unpleasant experience (I don't have many)...I would stay again...

While the property was clean and welcoming, there was an issue with what we booked compared to what we received. While we booked a room with two queen beds, we ended up with two double beds. The front desk staff explained there is sometimes an issue between Expedia bookings and what is actually being booked at the hotel. While we were told there was nothing else available, we were provided with a cot (which took up half the room) for our toddler and my husband and I slept separately for the entirety of our stay.
