Lady at the front desk was nice. TV didn't work because the direct tv was out. Sink drain was clogged. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. They were doing a renovation so I understand the struggles. Would stay there again if tv worked

The hotel says indoor pool. However, the pool closed until May. The only ice machine is on the first floor making it very inconvenient. But, I have to say that he staff was friendly and it was very clean for there being an entire floor under renovation. The renovated room we had was very nice and the bed seemed to be brand new.

At check in, the guy behind the counter didn’t understand how Travelocity worked. He was trying to get an additional deposit from me. We stood there for about 15 minutes while he made a few calls trying to figure this out. This property is under renovation. We didn’t know this before we got there. The room had things hanging from the wall, the curtains were torn and the room had a smell to it. Breakfast was horrible, they were supposed to have sausages, we had to ask for it and the woman didn’t even understand English much less speak it. When she brought the sausages out, they were overcooked and hard. No yogurt, no fruit and the microwave was broken. Worst experience ever.

Complete remodeling which is fine, but could have been noted. Masking tape on doors for numbers - unacceptable. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was wonderful. Breakfast was the only thing great about it.

Firstly, when we first got into the room, the A/C wasn’t even hooked up. We had to change rooms because of that. Then, in the morning, the water got cut off, as my husband was showering! We had to go down to the front desk and ask for bottled waters, just so he could rinse himself off.

Hôtel under renovation. The room was new, but not quite ready for occupancy. Water in shower would only get slightly warm, not hot. A/C unit not working well. TV remote would only operate channels, not on/off or volume. Furniture dated but nice new bed.

This hotel is under construction so they could not honor my top floor room request. Could hear every step from neighbors upstairs. Fire alarms were not working when I arrived which I thought was dangerous. The room I had on the first floor was so outdated. Curtains and lampshades were falling apart due to dry rot. Exterior light shines directly in the window. Space seemed clean. Even though signs in the bathroom said they would only clean upon request, they cleaned my room after the first day. I would have liked to know someone would be entering my room while I was gone. Breakfast was your typical microwaved synthetic foods. Location is a little sketchy.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Conway search elsewhere. This place is nothing like the pictures claim. Lobby was nice. The man who checked us in was super friendly. Claimed to have a nice city view. Yes, of the interstate which was loud all night long. Fire alarm beeping every few seconds, and the rooms are paper thin. We got to hear the person snoring next to us all night long. Towels were dirty, chair looked like it needed trashed. Pool is not open! They refuse to make it right at all. I’m serious when I say search elsewhere.

The hotel was under renovation but was very well kept and clean. We were disappointed to hear that the pool heater was out but happy with the size of the room for our family and the customer service.

Room was hot. Desk person came up but said there was really nothing she could do about it. Pool was cold and infested with spiders so couldn’t be used. Sunday morning breakfast person had breakfast closed down before stated ending time.
