Seaside seclusion awaits you at Poppies Cottage which is within walking distance to the best beaches in Yeppoon, Cooee Bay Beach and Fisherman's Bay. With the ocean at your doorstep and the best of Yeppoon close by, beachside getaways don't come much better than this.

Poppies Cottage is within walking distance to 'The Villa on the Beach' where you can attend a wedding or enjoy tapas on a Sunday afternoon while sipping on a cocktail watching the sunset. Walk to the 'Two Sisters' coffee bar where you can enjoy a fantastic coffee and cake sitting under the poinciana tree before having a refreshing swim or making sandcastles at the nearby beach or relaxing while the kids have fun at the playground across the road.

Spacious air-conditioned open plan dining and living area with a TV to watch footy or a movie while the kids can use the board games and toys.

Recently renovated, modern kitchen with dishwasher and quality kitchenware.

Three bedrooms with sleeping for five. Two Queen size bedrooms (one with ceiling fan & one with pedestal fan) and a single bedroom (with ceiling fan), all with wardrobes.

Huge rear deck, perfect for entertaining, barbecue, outdoor seating perfect to sip on a sundowner and watch the kids kick a ball on the lawn which also has a swing for the whole family to enjoy.

Undercover space for one car and plenty of off street parking. Laundry with washing machine and dryer under the house.

Handy walking distance or a short drive to Cedar Park Shopping Centre which has a Chemist, Bakery, Grocery Store, Fish & Chips and more.

The cottage is only a 3 minute drive to Yeppoon Central, shops, the lagoon and Keppel Kracken. Walk to Wreck Point Scenic Lookout to watch the sunrise, take the ferry across to Great Keppel Island for a day trip, take an easy drive to Emu Park where you can hear the amazing 'Singing Ship' and do the 'Centenary of ANZAC Memorial Walk'.

Byfield National Park is an easy hour drive where you can swim in the creeks, picnic or bushwalk.

A great base for a two week holiday, fishing the Keppels. Some traffic noise, overall an enjoyable stay.

Very lovely property. Had everything we needed for a weekend away with friends. Beds are extremely comfy. Only thing is we were attacked by either fleas or grass midges on the back deck. Need a lot of bug spray which you will need to take with you.
