Didn’t realize I booked a smoking room as it wasn’t seen on selectionchoices and when arrived the property not only had a very strong odor it was dirty and less than Expedia standards.

Told front desk an Nobody ever came ck thing out .i had go down their an ask for towel an . Very disappointed in that hotel. Horrible Dirty Room
The room had holes in the walls, liquid on the walls, deteriorating ceiling, dead roaches. Cigarette burns on bedding and curtains. The door was not sealed you; could see daylight through the sides and bottom. Every surface was sticky. Burns in the carpet. I do not see how this room could legally be occupied. I had taken a video but only pics can be added.

Can't believe there is still carpet on the floors. Overall it seems clean, but the bathroom is so old and the corners on the floor, like every bathroom, are never clean.

I stayed here 7 yrs ago, going to my school basketball game. It was nice. Im not expecting 5 star ish but this was god awful. It look terrible. They had an old dusty chair, the bathroom was crappy. It was super uncomfortable I had to make up a lie not to stay there for the night. I couldnt do it. Friendly service but the hotel was bad. They need to do better. Paint the walls, make it look something. The safety lock on the door was gone. I didnt feel good staying there. They got my money. That was terrible. Please do something with those rooms.

The room seemed clean enough, but it really needed painting. Bathroom walls and door were so marked up that they looked filthy and creepy. Outside was filthy and needs painting

Nasty room!
The room was absolutely disgusting. The ceiling in the room looked like it was going to fall in a bunch of places. The bathroom wall was coming apart next to the shower wall and the shower wall lining was nasty and peeling. Also the carpet and n the room in front of the air conditioning unit was wet. If we hadn’t of arrived so late I would have demanded a refund and try to find another place to stay. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE CONDITIONS!!!
