Loved Staying at the Cozy House by the Lake
We absolutely loved staying at this cozy house by the lake. The property manager, Moriah, was so helpful and responsive during our stay. The neighbors were very kind and the property was extremely clean. I could not recommend this place more.

It was easy to get to. Quiet neighborhood. Had a carport so when the hail came that was nice to have someplace covered to park vehicle. Lakeview was nice from balcony.

Quick getaway
The lake house was nicely decorated. We enjoyed the 2 level house & the accommodations. We house is in need of a few minor repairs to the kitchen cabinets doors & the upstairs window blinds, but we didn’t let that stop us from enjoying our stay. Beds were very comfy! Really wished there was more seating so that 4 people could fully relax in the living area though. Hosts were very accommodating & allowed us to check in early, even though we could not arrive in time to take advantage of it, but none the less we had a relaxing weekend.

Peaceful and Quiet
The house is as pictured, clean and quiet. Nice deck on second floor front of house looking out at the lake. Everything you would need for vacation, plus a wide selection for the children.

Cute and comfy
We stayed for almost a week at this cozy and comfy house on the lake. It was too cold to enjoy lake things but we enjoyed a view of the water. The home has everything we needed and everything was easy to find. If you have smaller kids there are multiple things supplied by the owner to enjoy with the kids. The beds were very comfortable and in addition there are couches that convert to beds. The homeowner was very responsive to any questions we had. The location was in a very mixed neighborhood of small homes. Some well kept and neat and others not. We had an initial negative reaction to that but it was never caused any issues. Thank you Moriah for a relaxing and very cozy get away!

We enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable and clean place near the lake. The balcony is perfect for viewing the lake. Quiet neighborhood. Goodfellas pizza in Grove is delicious. Online ordering so easy!

Rental for Business Trip
We were in the rental unit for three nights to take care of some business in the area. The house was perfect for our needs--three adults traveling with two dogs. The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location was convenient to Miami, where our business was conducted, and to Grove, where there were good restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Regatta and Rancho Viejo for good food and service. We would definitely stay here again.

Great cabin on Grand!
Beautiful, well kept cabin on Grand Lake is exactly as advertised. The owners thought of everything and we really appreciated the attention to detail and all the extras.
