A problem and a nice solution.
It started out poorly as we were given two uncleaned rooms. The good news was that the hotel handled the opportunity to make things right very well. We were upgraded to two heavenly rooms on the fifth floor with beautiful views. Once there, everything was good. The hotel is huge, so some if the rooms are quite a hike from the elevators in the lobby. Also, since the hotel is quite large, the breakfast isn't as bountiful as some others in Scandinavia. The food they had was tasty and the bread and croissants were warm.

Great value hotel. Spent all day sightseeing so just used the room to sleep really. Comfy bed, clean room, decent size bathroom. A kettle with basic tea or coffee would have been a bonus but not essential for me. The staff were all very friendly, efficient and helpful. Would defo stay again. And super central location close to the metro and Strøget.

A reasonable compromise between cost and room
Excellent location and staff but tiny rooms. Overall, a good value, and we'd stay there again. The breakfast had limited selection but was also a good value.
