I got there and my tv didn't work and there was no one who could come and fix it. There was a broken ink pen under the bed. So, clearly it hadn't been clean well. I will not be staying at the hotel again.

The staff was really friendly and accommdating. One of the beds was broken in our room and we had no shampoo, only conditioner. These are things that should have been noticed/checked by staff when cleaning the rooms proior to our arrival. There were stains all over the carpet in our room and a lot of dirt all over the property.

Run... run away from this property! Our room was FILTHY, smelly and we STUCK to the carpeting. The smoke detector was missing from the ceiling. The window didn't lock We asked to be moved and the VERY rude clerk didn't even look, just said they were sold out. A quick check on Expedia showed they had availability. She didn't even blink. Just said "too bad". We left and booked another hotel, it was either that or sleep in our car (which would have been cleaner, more comfortable and SAFER). ICK

Awful, not a clean hotel. Very dirty
Hotel was dirty and dated. Outside had trash all around and trash cans over flowing. Also awful smell. We checked the beds and there were multiple blood stains on the sheets. We didn’t end up staying here and booked a new hotel immediately.

Excellent for the price
For the price, I was very pleasantly surprised. My room did not have towels or a shower curtain, but the front desk was very apologetic and friendly, and the issue was resolved quickly. The breakfast was much better than I'd expected, and staff was friendly throughout my stay. FYI: the photos show a hot tub/spa. That area is now covered by a deck of sorts with extra seating. The swimming pool is still available though.

Nightmare!
Room was dirty (stains on the walls, sticky laminate flooring that turned out very black if we walked around barefoot, white stains all over side of the bed and headboard, contact stuck to mirror) and the tub did not drain the water while showering. Check in front desk ladies were more interested in their friends love life drama to care our room was dirty. They refused to come look at our issues in the room, just shrugged and said sorry, no offer of new room or anything. Night staff was watching movies on the lobby computer when we went down to ask for soap (our room didn't have any) and was annoyed she had to pause her movie. Tossed the soap on the counter for us and walked away without a word. They have a sign saying they had a flood abs were remodeling, but our issues had nothing to do with remodeling, it was pure laziness on cleaning staff, front desk not caring, and rude customer service.
